We were so proud to have three winners this year in the 2017 Primary Engineer Leaders Awards.
Huge congratulations and back slaps go to Rubie, Kai and Lily for topping the categories and in representing their school so beautifully.
Rubie was selected by a panel of judges from the Reece Foundation and Siemens, amongst others, to be rewarded for her work in the form of a trophy which was presented to her at the Award Ceremony at the Discovery Museum, Newcastle on May 24.
Lily’s and Kai’s inventions were Highly Commended by the judges and this fact was highlighted as part of their illustrations in the form of a Blue Rosette on each.
Ethan, Pippa, Archie, Holly and Paige also had their invention illustrations on display at the Public Exhibition at the Discovery Museum.
We’re hugely proud of our children and it’s especially good to see that we have a strong representation of girls achieving highly in this area.
